Glow-In-The-Dark Transfers, Explained

Everything you need to apply, care for, and cut your RBV-GLOW heat transfer film, from photoluminescent effects to correct heat settings.

Designing Your Artwork

A few quick rules so your puff print pops the way it should.

Single-color artwork example for 3D puff transfers

Keep colors simple

Single-color designs give the cleanest, most consistent puff. Skip intricate multi-color artwork.

Bold text width example for 3D puff transfers

Go bold, not thin

Thick, chunky letterforms hold the dimensional puff effect best. Fine scripts and small text tend to flatten out.

Line thickness and negative space example for 3D puff transfers

Give it room to breathe

Aim for at least 2pt line thickness and 4pt of negative space between elements (1pt = 1/72 inch).

Pressing Instructions
Press: Medium pressure at 150°C. Target 8 seconds in total.
Peel: HOT & WARM PEEL. Remove the PET carrier film immediately after pressing.
Curing: Remember to allow at least 24 hours before the first wash to ensure full curing.
Care Instructions
Home washing at up to 60°C (recommend washing inside-out).
Low tumble dry.
Iron inside-out only.
Bleaching is not recommended. Use household standard washing detergent.
Storage & Specs
Dimensions: 120μ (± 10μm) average thickness.
Storage: Keep away from direct sunlight, hot and humid places.
