Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at NeoInk Transfers. The following are our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST from Monday to Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Same-day shipping and pickup are available for orders up to 1,000 square inches. Orders exceeding 1,000 square inches typically require additional processing time and are usually fulfilled within 24 hours.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available for all orders over $99 (before taxes).
  • Free express shipping is available for all orders over $499 (before taxes).

We use the following courier parties: UPS, GLS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, ICS Courier.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control once the package is with the courier. We currently only ship within Canada.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

NeoInk Transfers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
